Senior Accounts Executive

As Senior Accounts Executive, you will be in charge of the full set of accounts for multiple bakery outlets. You will handle monthly closings, tax and SST filings, reconciliations, and supervise junior accounts staff while supporting the Finance Manager in audits and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
• Prepare monthly management reports, schedules and assist in budgeting.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash and daily sales collection from outlets.
• Ensure timely submission of SST, tax filings and other statutory reports.
• Review supplier invoices, reconcile statements and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist Finance Manager in audit schedules, cost analysis and ad-hoc projects.
• Supervise junior accounts staff and ensure proper filing and documentation.
• Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management.

Requirements

Excellent in accounting software (especially in Autocount) and computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel).

Language required (S) : Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin.
