Senior Account Executive

Job Descriptions

• Handle full set of accounts : AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and monthly closing.
• Prepare management accounts, cash-flow forecasts, variance analysis, and KPI reports.
• Manage billing, collections, credit control, and supplier payments; maintain ageing and follow-ups.
• Oversee SST submission and ensure documentation compliance.
• Lead e-Invoicing processes (customer / vendor onboarding, data accuracy, exception handling).
• Support job / project costing and inventory / costing entries; reconcile stock with store records.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities (including LHDN / DOSM when needed).
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation; streamline processes for accuracy and speed.
• Prepare year-end audit schedules and assist with tax computations / provisions.
• Drive system and Excel improvements (templates, checks, pivots, lookups) for better reporting.
