Senior Account Executive

Job descriptionPossess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in managing Accounts Executive is required. Familiarity with AutoCount Accounting System is a strong advantage. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision. Prefer candidate that can start work immediately.
Responsibilities
- Responsible in handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in timely manner.
- Manage and monitor transactions of company's account
- Prepare bank reconciliation and follow through matching activities.
- Prepare monthly financial report for management review
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentations and filing to support all accounting records
- Liaise and work with external auditors, tax consultant, company secretary, bankers, suppliers & etc.
- To perform ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
