Established in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia. MFM has grown to become the leading flour miller in Malaysia with regional presence in Vietnam and Indonesia. Over the years, we have expanded into poultry integration, aquaculture, and raw material trading. In FY21, the group revenue was RM2.43 billion.

MFM is one of the major poultry integrators in poultry feeds, breeding, and farming, with a state-of-the-art processing facility across the poultry value chain. Designed to meet domestic and international markets, the facility processes up to 300,000 birds per day.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure all data on costing is accurately recorded for analysis and reporting.
• Liaise with stakeholders and HQ on cost reporting discrepancies.
• Oversee billing from suppliers and invoice processing for HQ Finance.
• Manage petty cash, maintain financial records, and prepare financial reports.
• Handle plant inventory movements, including production reports, raw material issuing, stock counts, and reconciliation.
• Understand and assist in cost structure operations, translating into action plans for cost optimization.
• Collate, analyze, and compute costs such as inventory, labor, and overheads.
• Review production overheads, analyze variances, and highlight concerns.
• Assist in preparing annual production overhead budgets.
• Prepare monthly closing reports and analyze utilities and operational costs trends.
• Coordinate with planners for stock take activities and reporting.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
