Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with raw material buyers, production managers, and supervisors regarding material supply and production output.
• Manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and proper closure.
• Analyze customer forecast changes and provide accurate feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis of production and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing resource requirements.
• Compile and prepare AOS and exposure reports for customer feedback.
• Monitor and expedite operations to minimize schedule delays, and adjust schedules to address unforeseen issues.
• Ensure MDS requirements are met by maintaining at least 3 working days of advance stock availability without shortages.

Job Requirements

Salary Range : MYR 3,000 - 5,000
