Job Description

• Deliver service & support to end-users & operate automated call distribution phone software via remote connection or over the internet.
• Interact with customers to provide & process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products & services.
• Gather customer information & determine the issue with skillful troubleshooting.
• Update the content of the company website as necessary. Candidates with WordPress knowledge are desirable.
• Diagnose & resolve technical hardware & software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, desktop & server OS.
• Identify & escalate priority issues per client specifications.
• Accurately process & record all transactions using a computer & designated tracking software.
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's & client's business.
• Organize ideas & communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners & situations.
• Follow up & make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary.
• Stay current with system information, changes & updates.
