Product Development Specialist (Herbal)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with R&D teams on herbal ingredients, their benefits, and potential interaction. Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to guide product development strategies. Develop and deliver presentations to sales representatives, explaining the benefits, uses, and technical aspects of herbal products. Provide training sessions to ensure the sales team is well-informed about the products and can effectively communicate their features to customers. Provide training sessions to customers to ensure effective communication of products to end users. Qualifications

Bachelor degree in fields such as Herbal Medicine, Life Science, Pharmacognosy, Biology, or relevant field is beneficial. Proven experience in the herbal medicine or natural health product industry, with familiarity in herbal formulations, benefits, and market trends. Ability to communicate effectively in Malay, English, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Strong communication and presentation skills. Public-speaking ability is an advantage.
