Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency and safety. The successful candidate will work closely with the Warehouse Operation and Administration Departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise order picking, checking, packing, labeling, and staging processes.
• Ensure high levels of productivity and order accuracy among warehouse assistants.
• Assist team members as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Monitor and track outbound orders and returns, update relevant personnel, and report on order status and KPIs.
• Investigate discrepancies reported in the system.
• Ensure proper documentation for outbound shipments and maintain filing for easy retrieval.
• Ensure timely PGI and GRed of outbound orders and returns within KPI lead times.
• Monitor and replenish warehouse packaging materials.
• Promote a safe and disciplined working environment.
• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays and overtime when necessary.
• Work on rotating shifts : Shift A (8 : 30am-5 : 30pm Mon-Fri, 8 : 30am-1pm Sat) and Shift B (11 : 30am-8 : 30pm Mon-Fri).
• Monitor and track KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
