WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Monitor the flow for overall stock movement (in / out / transfer) for the entire warehouse.
• Assist in daily warehouse activities and maintain a proper inventory system.
• Ensure stock is well organized and easy to access for stock monitoring.
• Ensure packed items are securely delivered from the warehouse.
• Implement and monitor improvements on store layout, tracking, and identification of inventories for easy retrieval and recording.
• Ensure goods received from branches and suppliers are in good order and condition.
• Inspect for defects and / or damaged stock, and report to superior.
• Maintain an effective filing system.
• Ensure that overall operations comply with ISO 9001 : 2008.
• Actively participate in the implementation of the company management system ISO 9001.
• Work jointly with superiors to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate work between sales, warehouse, logistics, and other relevant departments.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and tidiness of the warehouse at all times.
• Supervise storekeepers’ daily duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
