Job Responsibilities : Sales & Business Development - Develop and implement strategies to sell life insurance products (investment-linked savings, health and protection) through bank branches. Relationship Management - Maintain strong ties between the bank and insurance company, engage key stakeholders for referrals, and keep bank staff updated on products and sales skills. Training & Support - Train and support bank staff on insurance products, underwriting follow-up, and sales techniques, while organizing events and campaigns to raise product awareness Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with regulatory guidelines Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Monitor sales performance across branches, collaborate with stakeholders on strategy, analyze market trends, and prepare reports on sales results and growth opportunities for management Customer Service & Retention - Support and guide bankers in handling customer queries, claims, renewals, and upselling. Job Requirements

A recognized diploma / degree in any field. Must possess PCE & CEILI qualification. Minimum 3-7 years of working experience in Bancassurance / Insurance / Banking Sales. Passionate about sales & possess strong commitment to achieve sales target A team player; proactive, outgoing, performance driven and flexible to changes Strong understanding of life & non-life insurance products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Leadership ability to train and motivate bank staff. Knowledge of regulatory compliance in bancassurance. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Enjoy meeting people and influential in sales Additional Requirements
