Overview

Project Analyst, Program Mgmt. (MY & Regional) Technology, Cards, Group CFS – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

Maintain and update detailed project plans, trackers, and RAID logs
Prepare project status reports
Follow up on action items with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and minutes with clear documentation
Analyze project requirements, create JIRA stories, and provide testing execution support
Assist in project documentation including BFRDs / JIRAs / FRDs, testing plans, and change requests
Monitor project milestones and ensure data integrity across tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ensure projects are planned and executed in line with the PMO approach
Manage project deliverables according to the standards and expectations of the PMO

Requirements

Exposure in project coordination or PMO roles

Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Display good planning qualities to drive the implementation of initiatives

Self-motivated, able to work independently and take up responsibilities within project-based work streams with minimal supervision

Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence

Familiarity with project lifecycle, SDLC, or Agile / Scrum methodologies is an advantage
