Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, sorting / filtering, basic pivot table is a plus). Comfortable with using or learning SQL-based accounting systems. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks accurately. Good attitude and willingness to learn. Accessible Location : Office is within walking distance from the MRT. Transportation Allowance : Monthly transportation & parking allowances. Fixed Working Hour : No overtime, weekend, or public holiday work required. Work Assets Provided : All necessary work tools and equipment are supplied. Associate Full-time Administrative Industries : Human Resources Services

Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of accounting records and transactions into the system accurately and timely.
- Assist in checking and verifying data in SQL-based accounting systems.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records and supporting documents.
- Support month-end closing activities, including reconciling basic entries.
- Assist in generating simple financial or transaction reports using Excel or internal systems.
- Liaise with internal teams for document collection, payment processing, and clarifications.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
