Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Perform data entry of accounting records and transactions into the system accurately and timely.
  • Assist in checking and verifying data in SQL-based accounting systems.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records and supporting documents.
  • Support month-end closing activities, including reconciling basic entries.
  • Assist in generating simple financial or transaction reports using Excel or internal systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams for document collection, payment processing, and clarifications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, sorting / filtering, basic pivot table is a plus).
  • Comfortable with using or learning SQL-based accounting systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn.
