This job is a Construction Manager focusing on bids and tenders. You might like this job because you'll manage exciting projects like housing and factories while leading teams and handling budgets in the dynamic Malaysian construction market.

  • We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects ranging from housing developments to industrial factory construction. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tendering, budgeting, and project settlement within the Malaysian construction market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tendering and bidding processes in Malaysia.
  • Prepare and control project budgets and final accounts.
  • Lead and supervise project teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with industry standards.

    • Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of housing and industrial factory projects; candidates with municipal project experience will be considered for higher pay.
  • Knowledge in tendering and bidding processes for construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
