Job descriptionAt least Diploma Graduate in Business Administration course Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill. Proactive & have great sense of urgency Able to identify customers’ needs through conversation Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time
Provide quality customer service to SingTel customers either by telephone or electronically
Make an Impact by :
- Provide outbound call (with script given) to potential customers to promote and sell products / service
- To channel and escalated any unresolved issues / complaint to other stakeholder or next level, within the agreed procedure
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results & productivity
- Proactively identify areas for service & procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
