Position Overview :
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead one of our core product lines (drills, end mills, or inserts) based on your expertise. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from market research and product development to pricing, launch strategies, and lifecycle management. Working closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you will drive product growth, ensure market relevance, and contribute to revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities :
Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee and optimize the assigned product line, monitor sales performance, manage product obsolescence, and drive continuous improvement.Market Intelligence : Conduct research and engage with customers to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to strengthen product positioning.New Product Development : Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver successful product strategies and launches.Project Leadership : Define product features, set timelines, and manage go-to-market execution with development and IT teams.Requirements :
Background in sales, marketing, or production within cutting tools, metalworking, or precision engineering industries preferred.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost management.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to use feedback and insights for product improvements.Proficient in Excel (mandatory), with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Creative, results-driven, and business-oriented.Language : English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
