Job Requirements :
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee day to day kindergarten operations.
Manage kindergarten logistics and budgets.
Set learning goal for students and teachers based on national curriculum.
Monitor and report on students and teachers performance.
Present data from kindergarten performance to the Management.
Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching.
Review, implement and monitoring kindergarten policies and safety protocols.
Provide guidance and counseling to teachers.
Handle emergencies and kindergarten crises.
Organize kindergarten events, activities and assemblies.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules).
Overviewing administrative tasks.
Have one to one conversations with teachers regarding personal development of each teachers and their contributions to the team.
Frequently to identify potential, identify goals and needs of the kindergarten.
Subject to carry out new responsibilities assigned as may be deemed expedient by management.
