Audiologist / Product Trainer

The role will be part of our Sales team as an Audiologist / Product Trainer to conduct product training, provide technical support, handle customer inquiries, support company growth initiatives and collaborate with the Clinical Excellence Team.

What you will do

• Conduct onboarding, refresher, and product trainings for WS Audiology brands (Signia / Widex), covering features, troubleshooting, upselling, and basic audiology
• Develop, refine, and deliver training materials, clinical support tools, and contribute to SEA webinars in collaboration with the SEA Clinical Excellence Team
• Provide technical support for products, equipment, and software; respond promptly to partner inquiries and troubleshoot onsite or remotely
• Support repair and after-sales workflows, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Engage with new business and channel partners through product demos, knowledge sharing, and non-traditional channel training
• Enhance partner professionalism in audiology and product expertise, driving stronger customer experience and business growth.
