Responsibilities

Drive and achieve KPI performance of all team members

Monitor and track daily activities / tasks of the team members via Retail-Aim Quick View

Plan journey plans

Conduct monthly one-to-one and tag-along coaching & mentoring with team members

Conduct field visits to audit execution compliance and coach team members

Conduct onboarding training for new members

Monitor headcount fulfillments and support in recruiting

Conduct monthly Promotion Plans with the Merchandiser

Regular visits to key outlet buyers

Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed

Weekly alignment meetings with Area Sales Manager on stock arrangement

Attendance, Promotion Compliance, OOS, etc.
