Job descriptionMenyambut dan melayan pelanggan dengan mesra serta memastikan kepuasan pelanggan. Mengambil pesanan pelanggan dengan tepat dan memastikan penyediaan serta penyampaian minuman / herba mengikut standard syarikat. Mengendalikan kaunter pembayaran, menerima bayaran tunai atau elektronik dengan tepat. Memastikan kebersihan kawasan kaunter, meja pelanggan dan persekitaran kedai sentiasa terjaga. Membantu dalam penyusunan stok, semakan inventori dan memastikan barangan sentiasa mencukupi. Mengikuti prosedur operasi standard (SOP) syarikat berkaitan keselamatan makanan, kebersihan, dan perkhidmatan pelanggan. Menyokong rakan sekerja dan bekerjasama sebagai satu pasukan bagi mencapai sasaran operasi. Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia atau pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.
