Job description

Proven success in leading ITSM, ITOM & ITAM transformation projects (ServiceNow & Flexera implementation), including migration from legacy ITSM tools (e.g., BMC Remedy).

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules : Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and ITOM Visibility.

Strong grasp of ITIL framework, ITSM,ITAM & ITOM principles, ServiceNow & Flexera capabilities and project management methodologies.

Experienced in third-party vendor management, including contract oversight and performance tracking.

Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.

Skilled in project planning, scope definition, timeline management and resource coordination.

Stakeholder Management : Excellent collaboration skills to manage diverse project stakeholders.
