Senior Project Manager - Servicenow

Job description

Lead the full lifecycle of the ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM transformation project, including project planning, execution, managing budgets, timelines and resources.

Oversee ITAM initiatives including asset lifecycle management, software license compliance, and cost optimization.

Act as the primary liaison with the third-party implementation vendor, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

Oversee migration activities including data mapping, platform integration, and configuration.

Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and organizational service management goals.

Manage and coordinate internal stakeholders across IT operations, service management, and business units.

Monitor vendor performance, enforce contractual obligations, and escalate issues as needed.

Facilitate project governance reviews and provide executive-level reporting.

Facilitate training sessions and handholding support to teams to prepare them for the shift to the new ServiceNow instance.
