We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration Executive to join our baking academy at Jalan Genting Kelang, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. This full‑time position will be responsible for providing administrative support.

Requirements

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Able to work independently.

Willing to learn.

Able to manage and maintain office filing systems, records and databases.

To schedule and coordinate students' classes.

Provide administrative support to the management team.

Handle incoming phone calls, emails and social media correspondences.

Assist with ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required.
