Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank’s leads (LMS) and self-generated leads
- Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at PBC / branch / region on sales activities / campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
- Prepare and provide investment & wealth financial advisory and assistance to customers for their investment / wealth portfolio management
- Periodic review of customers’ investment portfolio and increase AUM
- Plan and identify cross selling / up selling to increase customers’ PHR and revenue
- Set appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customers
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals
- Work closely with Centre Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns
- Prepare and monitor sales performance and competitors analysis to Management
- Compliance to Bank’s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics
Job Requirements :
Degree holderCertified Financial Planner certification (CFP) with FIMM, PCE, CEILI and IPPC licenseMinimum 2 years of sale experience preferably in wealth and banca products with FIsPleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess relevant licenses required for the portfolioSales and results orientedGood interpersonal and relationship building skillAbout the Company
