Commercial Banking Relationship Management

As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at OCBC, you’ll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers, helping them achieve their goals and grow their businesses. You will work with product specialists to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs, delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients, developing and maintaining relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct regular client reviews to understand business needs and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with product specialists to develop tailored solutions (e.g., cash management, trade finance, lending products)
• Provide exceptional service by responding to queries and resolving issues
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
