Production Specialist

Overview

Change the world. Love your job. Production Specialists process wafers of different technologies and support the manufacturing operations at either a wafer fab or assembly test site.

Wafer Fabs : In wafer fabs, Production Specialists operate various equipment in performing functions such as aligning, masking, etch and diffusion.

Assembly Test Sites : Production Specialists perform specific AT semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices. They operate various equipment in performing functions such as test, tap and reel or mark and pack. This role is responsible for setting up and operating a variety of manual, automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product.

Responsibilities

• Operate various equipment in wafer fabs to perform functions such as aligning, masking, etch and diffusion.
• Operate equipment in assembly test sites for functions such as test, tap and reel or mark and pack.
• Set up and operate a variety of manual, automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company\'s product.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
