• No experience required for this role
• Expected salary : RM1,800 - RM2,500 per month

1.     Coordinate with salesmen and Tiong Nam (logistics company) for inbound and outbound shipments. 协调并安排销售人员与 Tiong Nam(物流公司)的进出货事宜。

2.     Conduct monthly stock checks at Tiong Nam, including ready stock to ensure accuracy with issued orders.每月到 Tiong Nam 清点现货,确保与出单记录一致。

3.     Prepare monthly sales reports and salesman incentive reports.

准备每月销售报表及销售人员奖励报表

4.     Handle consignment and customer invoice issuance. 负责寄售及客户的发票开单。

5.     Ensure all sales documents are properly maintained and filed. 确保所有销售资料完整保存。

6.     Record and verify returned goods arranged by salesmen, including product damage status, and handle follow-up actions such as issuing pick-up notes, arranging goods transfer, or preparing rework memos.统计并确认销售人员安排的退货情况,记录产品受损程度,并负责后续处理,如开具取货单、安排货物转移或重新生产通知。

7.     Schedule time to count and pack goods stored downstairs to facilitate customer deliveries when needed.安排时间清点及包装楼下的货物,以便在需要时寄送给客户。

8.     Draft and send email notifications to the company in case of customer complaints.若收到客户投诉,需准备邮件通知公司。

9.     Arrange packaging and delivery of new product samples to salesmen when required.如有新产品,负责包装并寄送给销售人员。
