Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome) or Min 3 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willing to work in a hands-on environment. production / manufacturing : 3 years (Preferred) English (Preferred)
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production operations.
- Monitor production lines and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.
- Support new product introduction and process validation.
- Maintain proper documentation related to production processes and reports.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.
