Client Delivery Manager (End User Computing)
1. Wireless Network Planning & Implementation
Plan and implement enterprise-wide wireless network (Wi-Fi 6 or newer);
Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of network infrastructure;
Manage and configure firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, switches, and routers;
Conduct regular network performance assessments and improvements;
Ensure secure and scalable internet connectivity across plants / offices;
Plan for network redundancy and failover systems for business continuity.
2. Hardware & Systems
Oversee deployment and maintenance of physical servers, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices;
Maintain inventory and asset tracking of all IT equipment;
Plan preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime;
Manage hardware capacity planning in line with operational growth.
3. Software & Applications
Administer business-critical software (ERP / MRP systems, finance software, document management);
Evaluate new software tools that improve productivity and integrate with existing systems;
Ensure software license compliance and renewal management.
4. Cloud Strategy & Server Management
Plan, lead and implement the migration from physical servers to secure cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure);
Manage user access, backup, storage, and disaster recovery plans;
Ensure cloud systems comply with PDPA and company policies.
5. IT Projects & Digital Transformation
Drive IT-related projects (ERP, MES, WMS) and system integrations;
Collaborate cross-functionally for IT support and solutions;
Propose and implement new technologies for efficiency and scalability.
6. Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement and monitor IT security policies (MFA, antivirus, endpoint security);
Conduct internal audits and compliance checks.
7. User Support & Training
Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support and troubleshooting;
Train employees on IT usage, cloud systems, and security awareness.
8. Wireless & Cloud Infrastructure Modernization (NEW)
Propose and implement full wireless connectivity across office / plant;
Migrate from physical file servers to cloud solutions;
Optimize cost, mobility, and scalability of IT systems;
Conduct network assessment and rollout plan;
Ensure secure, role-based access control and cloud compliance;
Prepare annual IT budget (CAPEX & OPEX), aligning with business priorities;
Review and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, cloud, and service vendors;
Track spending vs. budget and report cost savings or overruns;
Evaluate vendor performance and SLAs;
Manage procurement and RFP processes for major IT purchases.
