Job descriptionManage day-to-day IT operations including infrastructure, networks, and service delivery. Monitor system performance, uptime, and security across platforms. Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Serve as Level 3 escalation for complex technical issues. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services. Drive execution of IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Maintain active task boards to track progress and ensure timely delivery. Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer across teams. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Lead incident response and conduct root cause analysis for critical IT issues. Proven track record in IT leadership and operations management. Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity. Ability to transition seamlessly between leadership and hands-on support. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities. Skilled in vendor negotiation and contract management. Knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks. Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Intune, Defender Salesforce CRM and Atlassian JIRA Ubiquiti / Unifi Network, Cisco Meraki networking Global support coverage with rotating shifts and on-call duties Involvement in budgeting, licensing, recruitment, and vendor management
