Job Description

• Provide enterprise application support and manage user expectations in the manufacturing & sales environment.
• Deliver first- and second-level support for ERP, CRM, SCM, and related applications.
• Manage issues, change requests, and produce project documentation (Business Analysis Report, Business Process Flow, Functional Specification, and Change Management report).
• Provide system training to users and participate in system evaluation and testing (SIT / UAT).
• Collaborate closely with system users to ensure timely project delivery and prepare periodic operation reports for management.
• Demonstrate a high level of ethics and user care to meet or exceed expectations.
• Lead a team of junior engineers, providing guidance and support.
