Job descriptionให้บริการด้านจิตวิทยาแก่ Content Moderators โดยมีบทบาทสำคัญดังนี้ : ให้คำปรึกษารายบุคคล : ให้คำปรึกษาแบบตัวต่อตัวแก่ Content Moderators เพื่อจัดการกับความเครียด ภาวะหมดไฟ หรือความเหนื่อยล้าทางอารมณ์ จัดกิจกรรมกลุ่ม : ดำเนินการบำบัดกลุ่มหรือเวิร์คช็อป เพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการความเครียด ความยืดหยุ่นทางอารมณ์ และการเจริญสติ สนับสนุนภาวะวิกฤต : ให้การช่วยเหลือเร่งด่วนแก่บุคคลที่อยู่ในภาวะวิกฤต รวมถึงการวางแผนแก้ไขสถานการณ์ และการส่งต่อเพื่อให้ได้รับความช่วยเหลือที่เหมาะสม สร้างทรัพยากรและข้อมูล : จัดทำและเผยแพร่แหล่งข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพจิต เพื่อการดูแลตนเอง การจัดการความเครียด และกลยุทธ์การรับมือ ติดตามสุขภาพจิตของผู้มารับคำปรึกษา : ตรวจสอบสุขภาพจิตเป็นประจำ และจัดทำแผนส่งเสริมสุขภาวะที่ดีในระยะยาว ประสานงานกับฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล (HR) : ทำงานร่วมกับผู้บริหารและฝ่าย HR เพื่อริเริ่มโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิต ให้ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับสุขภาวะของทีม และเสนอแนะแนวทางการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน รักษาความลับ : ดำรงมาตรฐานสูงสุดในการรักษาความลับและความเป็นมืออาชีพในการให้บริการด้านจิตวิทยา สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาจิตวิทยา (คลินิก, การปรึกษา, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง) เป็นสมาชิกที่ได้รับการรับรองจากองค์กรวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น : สมาคมนักจิตวิทยาการปรึกษาไทย สมาคมนักจิตวิทยาโรงเรียนนานาชาติแห่งประเทศไทย สมาคมนักจิตวิทยาคลินิกไทย มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านจิตวิทยา หรือการทำงานกับกรณีศึกษา อย่างน้อย 3 ปี (รวมประสบการณ์การฝึกงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง) ทำงาน 4 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ในลักษณะหมุนเวียนกะ (กะการทำงานอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตามความเหมาะสมของงาน) กะเช้า : 07 : 00–16 : 00 น. กะบ่าย : 13 : 00–22 : 00 น. กะดึก : 22 : 00–07 : 00 น. มีค่าตอบแทนสำหรับกะการทำงาน การกำกับดูแลและให้คำปรึกษาภายในทีม (In-team supervision sessions) โอกาสในการพัฒนาอาชีพและการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ การลาหยุดที่มีความยืดหยุ่น (ขึ้นอยู่กับการอนุมัติรายเดือน, ระบบคิว, และนโยบายการลาของบริษัท) มีแล็ปท็อปสำหรับการทำงานจากลูกค้า (จำเป็นต้องมีโทรศัพท์ส่วนตัวสำหรับแอปพลิเคชันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงาน) สิทธิในการเข้าใช้บริการด้านรับคำปรึกษาสูงสุด 10 ครั้งต่อปี ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน Naluri สำหรับการปรึกษาด้านสุขภาพได้ฟรี ประกันสังคม และประกันกลุ่มพื้นฐาน การลาคลอดบุตร : 98 วัน ตามกฎหมายแรงงานไทย (45 วันแรกได้รับค่าจ้างเต็ม)
