Behavioral Therapist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for providing one-on-one therapy to children, developing and implementing ABA-based programs, conducting assessments, and providing regular updates on progress. The role also involves collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment plans, and assisting in parent training sessions.

Company Description

Founded in 2019, The ABA Project started off as a home-based ABA service provider and transitioned to a center-based location in Malaysia in 2022 to better serve a larger neurodiverse population. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to each learner, with programs formulated by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) based on extensive research and assessments. We strongly believe parental involvement is crucial for promoting skill generalization and maintenance, hence we offer intensive parent training. Our vision is to create an environment where the neurodiverse community is accepted, understood, and respected. We guide the neurodiverse population to achieve their highest potential through evidence-based ABA services.

Role Description

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Driving License and Car required
