Sales Engineer - Manufacturing

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to play a key role in managing commercial activities with contract manufacturing customers. This position will report directly to the Head of Business Development.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and service existing customer accounts, including timely responses to RFQs and handling all related sales matters.
• Work closely with internal engineering and customer service teams to deliver effective solutions to customer enquiries and requirements.
• Ensure high standards of customer service by responding promptly and upholding sales organization standards.
• Prepare regular reports on customer activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
• Maintain accurate and professional correspondence with customers at all levels.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
