Job description

Duties and responsibilities

Develop new accounts and open new markets
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining products or services to customer and prospective customer
Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements including planning and modifying products to meet customer needs
Helps clients to solve problems with installed equipment
Develop and maintaining good relationship with prospective customers, new customers and existing customers
Persuade customer on the excellence of our products and services
Establish a customer database and relevant tools to manage sales activities, opportunities and pipeline.
Prepare monthly sales report, annual sale target and yearly market planning
Meet established sales quota and revenue goals

Qualifications

Possess a Diploma, Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering field

At least 1 year of working experience and proven record in sales for engineering products

Knowledgeable in engineering products application such as :

Centrifugal Pump

Gear / Lobe Pump

Vacuum Pump

Compressor

Plate Heat Exchanger

Actuator

Valve

Tubes and Fittings

Experience in dealing business with General Industries such as :

Pharmaceutical

Food and Beverage

Personal Care

Brewery

Palm Oil and Oleo Chemical, etc.

Able to deliver presentation to customer and integrate technical knowledge and selling skills

Good command of English in writing, speaking, and reading

Good in pricing and negotiating skills

Possess own transport and willing to travel
