Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry (air, sea, and land freight). Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Maintain and grow existing client accounts through relationship management and solution-based selling. Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth or differentiation. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Mentor and support junior sales team members where necessary. Requirements : Proven experience (5+ years) in sales within the freight forwarding / logistics industry. Strong knowledge of international shipping and logistics solutions (air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, etc.). Demonstrated ability to develop new business and close deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
