As a Junior Art Director, you will be responsible for work produced on behalf of our clients, as well as any work created for our company, as the need may arise. You are required to collaborate with other creative staff in order to ideate, produce and implement creative that solves our clients' business problems, briefs or goals. You are also expected to maintain our company's standards of creative excellence and, within reason, profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Ideation + Strategic Acumen

• Understand what the client is seeking to achieve and translate this into effective ideas.
• Able to work on briefs across industries.
• Proactive in bringing new ideas / concepts for the brands / clients they work with.
• Constantly striving to deliver disruptive ideas.
• Communicate and present rationale for recommending creative ideas through effective presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Constantly upskilling, good understanding of creative / social / digital trends and how these can be adapted / adopted into ideas and the work.
