Client Relationship Manager - India
Location : Exness Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Your role at Exness : A member of the specialized client‑facing department focused on delivering exceptional customer service to high‑value client segments. You will ensure prompt, efficient and effective support and retention through a value‑driven, relationship‑based approach. As a key front‑line function within the company’s growth strategy, you will support mass‑retail customers by achieving desired outcomes and guiding them through the client user journey.
Relocation : The role is based in our office on the Kuala Lumpur mainland. If relocation is required, we provide comprehensive relocation support to ensure a smooth, worry‑free move.
- Qualify and onboard existing clients to the premier / high‑value program.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for Company products and services.
- Educate clients on Company platforms and websites, proactively offering new tools and features.
- Participate in industry and partner events, including expos, conventions, training and seminar sessions.
- Assist clients in obtaining trading strategy advice from the strategic market analyst.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and trading news to keep clients updated on market conditions.
- Engage clients following the defined sales process and practices for each opportunity.
- Provide top‑notch customer service to high‑value segments via inbound chats, cases and outbound calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, proactively supporting and identifying opportunities to keep profitable segments satisfied and engaged.
- Monitor open cases and customer accounts, proactively identifying potential issues and working with other departments to resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Act as the point of contact for high‑value client escalations and complex queries, providing guidance and support as required, regardless of the source of the case.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, industry trends and best practices.
What makes you a great fit :
Minimum 3 years of experience in client‑facing roles in banking, insurance or the crypto industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.Strong influencing and convincing skills.Persistence and critical thinking abilities.Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, and motivated to achieve KPIs on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.Experience with Salesforce, Tableau and other reporting tools.Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multi‑task with attention to detail and meet deadlines.Team and individual contributor mindset.Willingness to travel for business trips.What we offer along the way :
