Job descriptionSet up a systematic preventive maintenance routine on all equipment, including robots, conveyors, ovens, etc. Assist in developing tools and equipment for production such as painting jig, assembly table, and others. Provide coaching and training to manufacturing staff on critical handling of machines. Perform emergency field repairs and troubleshoot operation problems of machinery and equipment on an on‑call basis. Provide maintenance support to plant operations to achieve minimum downtime and maximum production. Identify and ensure plant maintenance activities are carried out according to approved programs and regulatory requirements. Improve machines performance through data analysis and preventive maintenance. Lead a group of technicians in performing maintenance of supply systems and machineries and provide training to new technicians that join the company. Oversee the performance of all machineries specifically with regards to efficiency, productivity, and spare parts. Ensure all documents pertaining to robot conditions and machine maintenance schedules are well documented and updated at all times.

Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
- Required skills : proactive, excellent interpersonal and communications, problem identification and solving, innovative, MS Excel, MS Office.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance at Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent.
- Full‑time position.
