Job Description

Support the Head of Facility Management in daily data centre operations by delivering quality facility management and customer service, while mentoring Data Centre Technicians and the 24 / 7 Technician Team.

Responsibilities

• Manage risks, customer requests, contractors, and facility operations to meet NEXTDC standards.
• Support Head of Facility Management and oversee outsourced teams.
• Plan cabling capacity and act as Facility SME for communications infrastructure.
• Assist with equipment handling, maintenance, cleanliness, and incident escalation.
• Lead training, improve processes, and develop team skills and engagement.
• Produce reports and recommend operational improvements.
