Job descriptionManage and grow company's social media presence to increase engagement and reach. Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support sales conversion. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies. Optimize digital campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize ROI. Create engaging content (visuals, videos, ad copies) to support campaigns and sales initiatives. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations. Work closely with internal departments to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals. Support company branding, promotional activities and events when required. . Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing, preferably in a sales-driven environment. Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO / SEM, Google Analytics, and paid advertising tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with ability to develop impactful campaigns. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
