Responsibilities

• Handling a portfolio of 373 claims for Casualty products, 49 SME LFL products and 860 Financial Lines products.
• Adjudicating a portfolio of Casualty and Financial Lines claims.
• Working closely with legal vendors, including solicitors, to handle litigation cases; engaging with policyholders, insureds, brokers and agents; monitoring claim progress and reporting loss trends; negotiating with third‑party legal representatives.
• Managing new incoming claims and ensuring claims are processed in line with best‑practice standards.
• Ensuring timely reserves movement and delivering coverage responses with relevant stakeholders.
