Overview

Adjudicate claims according to the terms and conditions of the policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions and ISO requirements.
• Process claims by approving, rejecting, or withdrawing them within the set time frame and authority limits.
• Handle enquiries and complaints promptly from agents and claimants.
• Coordinate with branches or other stakeholders to ensure smooth claims handling.
• Ensure efficient claims handling to meet claims cycle times and pay accurately.
• Provide feedback and drive necessary changes for improvements to systems and processes.
• Take accountability for business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate them.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies to understand risk and safeguard the company.
• Highlight potential concerns / risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
