Digital Ad Operation(Performance marketing)
AdTech Innovation Sdn. Bhd is expanding its team in Malaysia. We are looking for a passionate digital marketer who can plan, execute, and manage online advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) targeting the Singapore market. You will work closely with teams in Singapore and Hong Kong, supporting cross-market collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for the Singapore market
- Manage ad operations with hands-on execution across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, etc.)
- Track campaign performance and deliver optimization strategies to achieve client KPIs
- Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to clients
- Coordinate with publishers and media vendors for campaign execution and media buying
- Support campaign tracking, and media planning as required
- Provide client servicing : respond to inquiries, share performance updates, and ensure strong client relationships
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-border teams in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency with hands-on ad execution experienceStrong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; understanding Cantonese would be a plus. \"We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.\"Familiar with digital advertising tools and platforms : Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics or other tracking toolsGood communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-border teamsExperience with e-commerce and B2B clients is an advantageProgrammatic advertising experience is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
