About the Job

Over the past four years, we’ve focused on building a best‑in‑class return experience for many of the world’s largest e‑commerce retailers. We believe customer happiness is our top priority at PostCo and should always feel like an extension of that experience. As a Strategy and Operations Associate at PostCo, you’ll help shape the future of our product by surfacing customer feedback and insights, contributing to our product roadmap, and engaging with our brands across 20+ countries.

Responsibilities

• From first principles, you’ll develop strategies to best serve our retailers across 20+ countries.
• Support retailers through end-to-end engagement, including onboarding, account setup, troubleshooting issues, and introducing new features.
• Partner with the engineering team to report, document, and reproduce bugs.
• Surface trends and insights from customer feedback to the product team to inform key product decisions.
• Build models and workflows using AI tools like n8n to evaluate and automate projects and experiments.
• Lead, collaborate, and influence – you’ll work with cross‑functional teams such as Partnerships and Product to help build and scale PostCo.

Salary & Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is MYR 60,000 – MYR 75,000 . The final package will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and career level.
