As a Kindergarten Teacher at Xueda, you will :

Design & Deliver Curriculum – Plan and conduct engaging lessons covering cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through play-based and creative activities (art, music, drama, movement).

Nurture & Guide Children – Care for children’s well-being, track their growth, and provide personalized support to meet individual learning needs.

Create a Safe & Positive Environment – Maintain discipline with love, ensure a clean and safe classroom, and supervise children’s daily routines (meals, dressing, hygiene).

Engage Parents & Team – Communicate regularly with parents, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in school events, meetings, and training.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education (fresh graduates encouraged to apply with training provided).

Proficiency in Mandarin & English (essential for teaching and communication).

Experience in early childhood education is an advantage.

Caring, patient, responsible, and creative, with strong classroom management and communication skills.
