Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accessories business operations—including sales, after-sales, vendor and stock management, budgeting, product development, and team development, while driving process improvements and business strategies to achieve revenue and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end Accessories operations, encompassing Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), Sales & After-Sales activities, and Outlet Support including training programs.
- Manage and evaluate existing accessories vendors, covering performance assessments, payment, contract management, renewals, and retendering processes.
- Monitor and manage accessories inventory levels, including initiating stock clearance activities when necessary.
- Track and analyze sales performance reports, focusing on both revenue and profit metrics.
- Propose and review annual targets for accessories sales and profitability.
- Manage the accessories budget and ensure accurate account monitoring.
- Support product development initiatives, contributing insights and operational input when needed.
- Plan and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and recommend business strategies to drive accessories sales growth and increase profitability.
- Lead and develop team members by enhancing their skills and capabilities through structured guidance and training.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and standard operating procedures.
- Provide support for urgent or ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.
Job Requirements & Skills
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Business Studies, Engineering, Marketing, etc.Experience : Minimum 3 years in a related field.Seniority Level
