Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Civil or related field. Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and good business acumen and the ability to adapt to the dynamic business environment Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal Able to realize business opportunities in conformity to the business strategy Technical knowledge and experience in related field and in using management methods and tools Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously Business and profit minded with related knowledge, competitive and profit-driven; re-invents competitive advantage. Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Works well under pressure, challenges status quo. Fluent English and local language Pleasant personality Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity. Thinks Strategically. Translates Strategy into Actions. Job Description
- Identify and grow new business opportunities.
- Engage with clients in the construction & infrastructure industries.
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and sales reports.
- Conduct client visits and presentations.
- Support marketing and business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
- Adherence to applicable Quality Management System by exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities in executing, fulfilling and ensuring at all times the compliance of the QMS and is fully implemented in accordance to ISO 17020 & MIBAS policy, 17065 & ACB policy and ISO17025 & SAMM policy"(where applicable / required).
- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and / or Senior Management
