Job descriptionA minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. At least 5+ years of work experience.Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department / Non-tech roles.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Hands-on approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude. Strong team player with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.

Responsibility
- 100% ON-SITE!
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience, primarily in Malaysia
- Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
- Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.
