Supply Chain Quality Engineer

• Evaluate and monitor supplier’s On Time Delivery, Quality and Sustainability level through systematic assessment and performance review.
• Collaborate closely with the SCQM team at Headquarters to standardize and align supplier measurement and development approaches.
• Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes on supplier’s side in terms of operations, order fulfillment process, production planning, quality control, quality management set up, tooling application, CADCAM data management and cycle time.
• Conduct workshop with the aim of developing new suppliers and / or existing suppliers to improve on quality and delivery performance.
• Plan, conduct, and document regular and new supplier audits, providing feedback to suppliers on related findings.
• Involvement in new supplier selection process, supplier qualification and development, including ramp-up plans and trainings for our company standards.
• Close co-operation with technical departments and technical design team to fulfill order and quality requirements.
• Active participation in interdisciplinary project teams (e.g. for localization projects) with colleagues from different levels, cross-functional and international collaboration.
